Thank you for shopping with Gourd Curio. We ship carefully packed gourd craft items from China.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional order verification is required.

Shipping Service and Cost

We offer one standard shipping service. Shipping costs $15 USD for merchandise subtotals of $40.00 or less. Free standard shipping applies only when the merchandise subtotal is over $40.00.

Estimated Transit Time

Estimated transit time is typically 7–20 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include the 1–3-business-day order processing period.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of customs inspections, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.

Tracking Your Order

When a trackable fulfillment is available, we will provide tracking information. You can use TRACK YOUR ORDER in the website footer. Tracking events may take time to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@gourdcurio.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the case and assist with the next steps.
