At Gourd Curio, each gourd curio is a one-of-a-kind craft item. Because every piece has its own natural shape, tone, markings, texture, finish, and individual pricing, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, natural variation, or minor differences from product photos.

Natural differences in color, texture, shape, surface markings, and hand-finished details are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gourdcurio.com.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, expected natural variation, minor color differences caused by screen display settings, or ordinary characteristics of handmade and naturally finished gourd craft items.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
